They took it down to the studs, updating plumbing, adding insulation, and rebuilding it completely. From day one, everyone was kind and easy to talk to. Sapir walked us through options we wouldn’t have known to ask about, and went above and beyond to coordinate everything. The crew was efficient, showed up on time, kept things organized, and always took a moment to explain what they were doing behind the walls instead of just brushing us off.
The biggest headache actually came from the suppliers. There were issues with colors, measurements, and delivery timelines, and at a few points we were worried those mistakes were going to push the whole project back. Sapir handled all of that for us. She stayed on top of the suppliers, chased down corrections, kept following up when timelines changed, and made sure the right materials actually showed up. We honestly would not have wanted to deal with that part ourselves.
The client portal was also another thing that was a plus, it made everything much easier because we could see the schedule, progress, and updates as the project moved along without constantly having to ask what was happening next.
The new shower feels so much more open, and the whole room is brighter and more comfortable. Couldn’t be happier!
