Kitchen Remodeling in Sherman Oaks

Sherman Oaks is next door to Encino, and between the hillside streets south of Ventura and the flat tracts to the north it is probably where we spend the most days after our own neighborhood.

South of the boulevard the houses climb into the hills, with mid-century ranch homes and newer rebuilds on lots with views; north of Ventura the streets are 1940s and 1950s tracts with smaller original kitchens. The hillside projects tend to be full kitchen rebuilds that turn the room toward the view and add a large island. The flatland projects are about layout, opening the kitchen to the living area and adding storage and lighting the house never had.
