Kitchen Remodeling in Toluca Lake

Toluca Lake is a small neighborhood between Burbank and Studio City, close to the studios, and the houses there are kept with real care. We treat kitchen and bath work there accordingly.

The streets around the lake and along Toluca Lake Avenue hold 1920s and 1930s Spanish, Tudor, and traditional houses, many of them expanded over the decades, with newer builds mixed in. Kitchens in these houses were built for a cook in the back of the house, not a family in the middle of it. Our work there is often about opening the kitchen while keeping the house's character: inset cabinets, classic tile, and lighting that suits the architecture rather than fighting it.
